Transfer Boards with Handholes

Therafin offers Superslide Transfer Boards that provide a smooth and easy transition between seated surfaces, such as wheelchairs, beds, couches, kitchen chairs, toilets, and car seats. These transfer boards are constructed from 3/8″ thick 7-ply birch, featuring a clear, splinter-free, melamine surface for durability and a seamless "slide" action. They are available in various sizes and handhole configurations. Notches are included in some models to provide additional stability by securely attaching to the wheel of a wheelchair.

Superslide Transfer Boards with Hand-Holes from Therafin have been stress-tested and are capable of holding up to 250 lbs. For those without Hand-Holes, they have been stress-tested to withstand up to 400 lbs. Each board weighs around 1.5 lbs. to 2.4 lbs and is made from 3/8" Thick Baltic Birch Plywood (7-ply) with a laquer-free, splinterless melamine surface. The boards are designed to facilitate easy patient transfer between seated surfaces.
